 Electromagnetic Flowmeter Calibration Procedure

1. Perform verification tests based on the pipe diameter and flow rate, and select an appropriate pump.

2. After installing the flowmeter, preheat it for 30 minutes according to calibration specifications.

3. Before actual calibration, ensure the flowmeter sensor is filled with the calibration medium, then close the downstream valve and reset to zero.

4. If using a high-level water tank, check the buffer tower for leaks. Before actual testing, circulate the test medium through the pipeline system for
a specified period of time according to calibration specifications, and simultaneously check for leaks at all seals in the pipeline.

5. At the beginning of the test, open the valve in front first, then gradually open the valve behind the flowmeter to adjust the flow rate at the calibration point.

6. During flowmeter calibration, flow stability at each flow point must be maintained within 1%-2% according to the flow method, while within 5% is normal for
the total flow method. During the identification process, the temperature fluctuation of the identification medium cannot exceed 1°C, and the complete detection cannot exceed 5°C.
