 Why is the orifice flowmeter equipped with a three-valve group?

The orifice flow meter consists of main parts such as a pressure sensing device, a three-valve group, an intelligent differential pressure transmitter, and a temperature/pressure sensor. Regarding the role of the three-valve group in the orifice flowmeter:
1. It can make the integrated structure firm and reduce leakage points;
2. The zero point and correction of the transmitter can be confirmed online;
3. Once the transmitter fails and needs to be repaired or replaced, it can be carried out without interrupting the process, and the operation is very convenient.
4. When zeroing or replacing the transmitter, the three-valve group valve operating procedure: 1) Place the F1 and F3 valves in the fully closed position (tighten clockwise) 2) Place the F2 valve in the slightly open position (tighten two turns in the opposite direction) ;
