Metal tube float flowmeter is a variable area flow measurement instrument commonly used in industrial automation process control. It has the characteristics of small size, large detection range and easy use. It can be used to measure the flow of liquid, gas and steam, and is especially suitable for medium flow measurement with low flow rate and small flow rate.

1. High temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance

The main advantage of the metal float flowmeter is that it can measure high-temperature and high-pressure fluids. It can measure liquid and gas flow at temperatures up to 400°C and pressures up to 70MPa. In this case, it is no longer possible to observe the position of the float with the human eye, and a magnetic coupling induction display system is used to indicate the flow rate. The flow meter itself is often made of stainless steel, some are lined with engineering plastics, and can measure corrosive fluids.

2. Wide range of applications

Flexible design can be carried out according to flow process parameter requirements. For example, under low temperature conditions, if the medium tends to crystallize and solidify. Or to prevent low-temperature fluid from absorbing heat from the outside. Or when the fluid in the pipeline with a temperature higher than room temperature flows through the meter, the float may malfunction due to the temperature drop, or the fluid viscosity changes significantly and affects the measurement. A flowmeter with a jacket insulation design can be used; the flow pulsation is relatively large. For large ones, you can choose a flowmeter with damping measures; the jacketed insulation type flowmeter can evacuate the interlayer to achieve the effect of heat insulation, and can also allow high-temperature steam to flow through the interlayer to achieve the purpose of heating and insulation; measure high-temperature fluids hour. 4. Remote measurement and control, intelligent operation

In many cases, the metal float flowmeter does not have an auxiliary power supply at the measurement site, and the pointer type display flow does not require an external power supply. Usually the display is equipped with a modular remote analog signal output interface (4mA ~ 20mA). What's more, it is also equipped with a digital interface compatible with the HART communication protocol, which can easily calibrate and test the linearity of the transmitter through manual operation or PC programming, or perform on-site parameter setting and combine with a computer to implement remote measurement and control.
