 The Correct Installation Location for an Electromagnetic Flowmeter

‌Full Pipe Operation‌: The pipeline must always be filled with liquid. Avoid empty or partially full pipes, as this can cause measurement errors.
When installed vertically, the flow should flow from bottom to top to prevent bubble accumulation. ‌‌
‌Environmental Protection‌: Keep away from equipment with strong magnetic fields (such as large motors and transformers),
high-temperature radiation sources, and corrosive gases.

If installed outdoors, protect from rain and sun. Indoor installations require maintenance space. ‌‌
‌Valve Layout‌: Prefer installation upstream of the valve to avoid pressure drop and air bubbles.
For continuous production systems, a bypass pipe is recommended for maintenance purposes.
