The intelligent vortex flowmeter is mainly used for the flow measurement of the medium fluid in the industrial pipeline, such as gas, liquid, steam and other media. It is characterized by small pressure loss, large measuring range and high precision, and the vortex flowmeter is hardly affected by parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature and viscosity when measuring the volume flow of the working condition. The vortex flowmeter has no moving mechanical parts, so it has high reliability and low maintenance. Instrument parameters can be stable for a long time. The vortex flowmeter adopts piezoelectric stress sensor, which has high reliability and can work in the working temperature range of -20℃~+250up to 350. There are analog standard signals and digital pulse signal outputs, which are easy to use with digital systems such as computers. It is a relatively advanced and ideal flow meter. 

The basic principle of the intelligent vortex flowmeter is the Karman vortex principle, that is, "the vortex separation frequency is proportional to the flow velocity". The diameter of the flow body of the vortex flowmeter is basically the same as the nominal diameter of the instrument. A cylinder that is approximately an isosceles triangle is inserted into the flow body. The axis of the cylinder of the vortex flowmeter is perpendicular to the flow direction of the measured medium, and the bottom face faces fluid. When the measured medium flows through the cylinder of the vortex flowmeter, vortices are alternately generated on both sides of the cylinder, and the vortices are continuously generated and separated. street". Theoretical analysis and experiments have proved that the frequency of vortex separation is proportional to the flow rate of the medium on the column side.
