    Requirements about the pipeline When installing Q&T flowmeter
 
    1. Field pipeline
    In the field pipeline, pay attention to the installation azimuth angle of the flowmeter. The installation azimuth angle of the flowmeter 
    is generally divided into vertical installation method and horizontal installation method.
    Due to the differences in flow measurement characteristics between these two installation methods, the vertical downward flow of fluid mechanics 
    will cause additional force to the flowmeter controller, which will harm the characteristics of the flowmeter and reduce the linearity and repeatability of the flowmeter.
   
    2. The upstream and downstream parts of the flowmeter
    The flowmeter will be affected by the inlet flow of the pipeline, and the pipeline spare parts will also be introduced into the flow disturbance. 
    The flow disturbance generally has vortex and water flow in the entire model.
    It must be improved by proper length of upstream and downstream pipe sections or installing flow regulators. In addition, there must be a section in
    the middle and downstream of the flowmeter to reduce the harm of water flow between the middle and downstream.
    
    3. Installation position of the gate valve
    All pipes installed on the flowmeter are equipped with pressure regulating valves and protection valves. In order to prevent some water flow caused by
    the gate valve from being disturbed and cavitation, the general pressure regulating valve should be installed in the middle and downstream of the flowmeter, 
    and the pressure regulating valve installed in the middle and downstream of the flowmeter can also increase the condensate type of the flowmeter. 
    Helps reduce the possibility of cavitation inside the flowmeter
