Precession vortex flowmeter is a speed flow meter that can be used for flow measurement of various media such as water, natural gas, etc., and realizes online automatic compensation of dynamic parameters such as pressure, temperature and compression coefficient, which can display on the spot. Various parameters can be transmitted from a variety of signals.

It is widely used in various gas metering and flow control of petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical and urban gas transmission and distribution networks. In the oil field, the natural gas is mainly used in the measurement station oil well associated gas, combined station intake, and external gas transmission.

1. The installation of the precession vortex flowmeter does not meet the requirements. The precession vortex flowmeter is a fluid oscillating meter, which has high requirements on the site. However, when the instrument is installed on site, the distance between the front and rear pipe sections is relatively close, and there are elbows, variable diameter heads, etc. The phenomenon of different lines of the line, which will cause measurement errors of the meter;

2, the gas flow is unstable. The gas volume changes suddenly and suddenly with time, and it is a pulsating fluid. The generation of random pulsating pressure in the measurement will have a random impact on the vortex generator, thus affecting the measurement accuracy;

3. The precession vortex flowmeter is a fluid oscillating meter. When the pipeline vibrates, the piezoelectric sensor can detect the change caused by the oscillation, so there will be a signal output;

4. The precession vortex flowmeter requires medium cleaning. Because natural gas contains a large amount of saturated water vapor, water condensation occurs when the temperature is lowered. The metering separator often has a gas path running phenomenon, causing liquid accumulation in the pipeline, and separation of single well with gas. It is not clean or contains impurities such as slop oil and sand. The sand material wear vortex generator and oil and other impurities stick to the surface of the vortex generator to cause measurement error.
