Common Troubleshooting Measures for Compressed Air Vortex Flow Meters

Compressed air vortex flowmeter is a new type of gas flowmeter that measures fluid flow in closed pipelines based on the Karman vortex principle.

Because of its good medium adaptability, it can directly detect the volume flow of steam, air, gas, water and liquid under working conditions without temperature and pressure compensation. It is equipped with temperature and pressure sensors to detect the volume flow and mass flow under standard conditions. , is an ideal replacement for throttling gas flow meters. The common fault analysis and solution of compressed air vortex flowmeter are as follows:

1. When the compressed air vortex flowmeter has no signal output or no instantaneous flow is displayed, the common fault analysis and solutions are as follows: 1) First, check whether the power supply voltage is correct and reasonable.
2) If the power supply voltage is correct and reasonable, turn the sensitivity potentiometer and magnification potentiometer to the full counterclockwise.
3) If there is a signal output, check whether the pipeline flow exceeds the measurable flow range of the vortex street. 4) If the flow rate is within the measurable range, it means that the sensitivity of the vortex sensor flow sensor head is low, and the sensitivity needs to be readjusted.
